Pani Puri

This snack is craved by almost every person walking down the traditional streets of India. It is also known as ‘Golgappa‘ because of the round (‘gol‘) and hollow shape of puris. The ingredients are put together to create a super tangy and mouthwatering flavor. There are two types of Golgappas: sooji and atta. The stuffing can be adjusted as per the desired taste of the person eating it. The usual stuffing consists of white chickpeas, tamarind chutney, chili, potatoes, and onions.
